개인 개발자 jskim(이하 ‘운영자’)은 전담 카운터 앱과 지원 사이트에서 다음과 같이 정보를 처리합니다. 문의 및 개인정보 관련 요청은 jskim@creamcorp.co.kr로 보내주세요.
1. 기기에 저장하는 기록
앱은 흡입 시각·횟수·흡연 세션, 경고 횟수·흡연 간격·테마·언어 설정을 기기에 저장하여 기록과 통계를 제공합니다. 회원가입은 없으며 운영자는 흡연 기록을 자체 서버로 수집하거나 광고 타게팅에 전달하지 않습니다. 기기 간 자동 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다.
홈 화면 위젯은 앱과 기록 저장소를 공유합니다. Android 앱 데이터 백업은 비활성화되어 있고, iOS 기록 저장 디렉터리는 백업에서 제외됩니다. 기기를 바꾸거나 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 기록을 복구하지 못할 수 있습니다.
2. 광고와 동의 선택
통계 화면에서 Google AdMob 광고를 제공합니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정·분석·보안·부정 이용 방지를 위해 IP 주소와 이를 바탕으로 추정한 대략적 위치, 기기 및 광고 식별자, 앱·광고 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 실제 항목은 운영체제, 기기 설정, 동의 상태와 광고 방식에 따라 달라집니다. 앱은 정밀 위치 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 흡연 기록을 광고 요청 정보에 넣지 않습니다.
Google UMP를 이용해 적용 지역과 요건에 따른 동의 또는 선택 화면을 제공합니다. 선택 화면이 필요한 경우 앱 설정의 ‘광고 개인정보 선택’에서 다시 열 수 있습니다. 동의를 거부하거나 철회해도 기록 기능은 사용할 수 있습니다. 선택에 따라 광고가 제한되거나 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다. 비개인화 광고도 기본적인 광고·보안 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Android 광고 ID는 기기의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다. iOS 앱은 현재 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 추적 권한 없이 IDFA에 접근하지 않습니다. 이것이 다른 광고 관련 정보도 처리하지 않는다는 뜻은 아닙니다.

3. 문의와 지원 사이트
이메일로 문의하면 운영자는 답변과 문제 해결에 필요한 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 사용자가 자발적으로 제공한 기종·앱 버전 등을 처리합니다. 문의에 불필요한 흡연 기록이나 민감한 정보를 보내지 않아도 됩니다. 해당 정보는 문의 처리에 필요한 기간 동안 보유하며, 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다. 법적 보관 의무나 분쟁 대응이 필요한 경우에는 해당 목적에 필요한 범위와 기간으로 제한합니다.
지원 사이트는 Vercel에서 호스팅합니다. 사이트 제공과 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 접속 시각, 요청 주소, 브라우저 등의 접속 정보가 호스팅 과정에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 사이트 자체에는 광고, 방문자 분석 스크립트, 회원가입 또는 문의 입력 양식을 추가하지 않았습니다. Vercel 개인정보 안내를 참고하세요.
4. 외부 서비스와 해외 처리
광고는 Google, 지원 사이트 호스팅은 Vercel이 제공합니다. 이들 서비스는 미국을 포함한 해외 인프라에서 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 운영자가 기기에 저장된 흡연 기록을 이들 서비스에 이전하는 것은 아닙니다. 외부 서비스의 처리 위치, 보호조치와 보유 기준은 위 각 사업자의 개인정보 안내에서 확인할 수 있으며 광고 동의 화면이 표시되는 경우 관련 광고 파트너와 목적도 확인할 수 있습니다.
5. 삭제 및 이용자 권리
앱에서 마지막 기록을 취소할 수 있습니다. Android는 시스템 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하여 전체 로컬 기록을 지울 수 있습니다. iOS는 앱을 삭제하면 OS의 앱·확장 공유 저장소 삭제 절차에 따라 처리됩니다. ‘앱 정리하기’는 데이터가 남을 수 있어 삭제와 다릅니다. 운영자는 기기에만 있는 기록을 원격으로 조회·수정·복구할 수 없습니다.
적용 법률에 따라 운영자가 처리하는 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이의 제기 또는 이동 요청을 위 이메일로 보낼 수 있습니다. 동의에 기초한 처리는 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 외부 서비스가 처리하는 정보는 각 서비스의 권리 행사 경로도 이용할 수 있습니다. 거주 지역의 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 권리가 있습니다.
6. 처리 근거와 보호조치
운영자는 사용자가 요청한 앱 기능·문의 응답을 제공하고 서비스를 보호하기 위해 필요한 범위에서 정보를 처리합니다. 동의가 필요한 광고 처리는 해당 동의를 근거로 합니다. 해당되는 경우 서비스 제공, 정당한 이익 및 법적 의무가 처리 근거가 될 수 있습니다. 기록은 OS가 관리하는 앱 저장소에 보관하며, Google 광고 SDK의 데이터 전송은 TLS로 보호됩니다.
7. 이용 대상과 변경
이 앱은 성인이 기존 흡연 습관을 관찰하기 위한 도구이며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 문의를 통해 제공된 것을 알게 되면 삭제 요청을 처리합니다. 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신하며, 추가 고지나 동의가 필요한 변경은 해당 절차를 진행합니다.

1. Records stored on your device
The app stores puff timestamps, counts, sessions, warning thresholds, session gaps, theme and language preferences on your device to provide records and statistics. There is no account registration. The developer does not collect smoking records on a server or send them for ad targeting. Cross-device synchronization is not provided.
The home screen widget shares the app’s records. Android app data backup is disabled, and the iOS records directory is excluded from backup. Records may not be recoverable if you replace your device or delete app data.
2. Advertising and your choices
Google AdMob provides banner ads on the Statistics screen. Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic and performance information for advertising, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Actual processing depends on the operating system, device settings, consent and ad delivery mode. The app does not request precise location access or include smoking records in ad requests.
Google UMP presents consent or privacy choices where required. When applicable, reopen these through Settings → Ad privacy choices. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not prevent recording. Ads may be restricted or unavailable depending on your choices. Non-personalized ads may still process basic advertising and security information.
Android users can reset or delete their advertising ID in device privacy settings. The iOS app does not currently request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access IDFA without tracking permission; other advertising information may still be processed.

3. Support and website
If you email us, we process your email address, message and information you voluntarily provide, such as your device model or app version, to respond and resolve issues. You do not need to send unnecessary smoking records or sensitive information. We retain support information for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, then delete it unless a legal obligation or dispute requires limited further retention.
Vercel hosts this website. Connection data such as IP addresses, request times, URLs and browser information may be processed to deliver and secure the site. We have not added advertising, visitor analytics scripts, accounts or contact forms to this website. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice.
4. External services and international processing
Google provides advertising and Vercel provides hosting. These services may process relevant information using infrastructure outside your country, including in the United States. The developer does not transfer your locally stored smoking records to them. Their privacy notices describe locations, safeguards and retention practices. Where an advertising consent message appears, it also identifies relevant advertising partners and purposes.
5. Deletion and your rights
You can undo the last record in the app. On Android, clearing app data through system settings removes local records. On iOS, deleting the app invokes the operating system’s app and extension storage removal process. Offloading the app can preserve data and is different from deletion. The developer cannot remotely read, change or restore records stored only on your device.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of information processed by the developer using the email above. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. You can also use external providers’ privacy request channels for information they process and complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Processing grounds and safeguards
We process information as needed to provide requested app functions and support and to protect the service. Advertising processing that requires consent relies on that consent. Where applicable, service provision, legitimate interests and legal obligations may also provide processing grounds. Records are kept in operating-system-managed app storage. Google Mobile Ads SDK uses TLS to protect data in transit.
7. Audience and changes
This app is intended for adults observing existing smoking habits and is not directed at children. Contact us to request deletion if a child’s information has been supplied in a support inquiry. We update this page and its effective date when practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
